SFO Airport Pick Up Procedure





  1. Book your taxi in advance
  2. Before you pick up the luggage: Call at: 650-755-1234 or 1-888-833-2525 (Toll Free) asap as you deplane, it confirms you have landed safely. It's important you call us immediately upon touch down before going into immigration, we will alert your driver and it will decrease your wait time after you collect the luggage.
  3. After you pick up your luggage, Call again at: 650-755-1234 confirming that you have picked up the luggage. (You will be instructed to go to taxi line, in the meantime the dispatcher will provide you the taxi color and number)
  4. Follow the taxi signs at the airport, go all the way in front of taxi line.
  5. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes, your taxi will arrive. Do not hail the cab from the airport, you will end up paying the airport surcharge, which is 50% additional off the total fare.
  6. International Customers: All of taxi drivers has whatsapp. There is wifi at the airport, you can also communicate with us via whatsapp. Our whatsapp number is 650-755-1234 (10 AM - 12 AM PST)


SJC airport Pick Up Procedure

It's important you call us immediately upon touch down before going into immigration, we will alert your driver and it will decrease your wait time after you collect the luggage.
  3. After you pick up your luggage, Call again at: 408-577-1234 confirming that you have picked up the luggage. (You will be instructed to go to taxi line, in the meantime the dispatcher will provide you the taxi color and number)
  4. If landed on Terminal A, Follow the taxi signs, and go in front of the taxi line. Driver will coordinate with you.
  5. If landed on Terminal B: Go to taxi stand 12 (it says, Prearranged Vehicles). Driver will coordinate with you.
  6. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes, your taxi will arrive. Do not hail the cab from the airport, you will end up paying the airport surcharge, which is 50% additional off the total fare.
